Troubled Nokia has unveiled their latest high-end device, the Lumia 928, as they prepare to reveal their smartphone strategy at a press conference in London tomorrow.
HumanIPO reported last week there was unrest at the Finnish phone manufacturer with investors telling chief executive officer (CEO) Stephen Elop they were losing patience.
The Lumia 928 was unveiled in United States on Friday and is being offered exclusively on US network operator Verizon.
Nokia currently only accounts for around five per cent of the global smartphone market, despite its Lumia phones growing in popularity in recent quarters.
The manufacturer, which originally dominated the feature phone market because the rise of the smartphone, is also currently rolling out its Asha series of phones which itself does not class as smartphone.
They are internet connected, but do not support 3G.
