The Botswana Innovation Hub (BIH) has appointed SAP Business One to implement an affordable business management software application.
The hub hopes to turn Botswana into a knowledge-based economy that is technology driven through promoting a culture of creativeness, and targets various education institutions and corporates
According to the hub, SAP Business One will help it better manage processes and ensure greater visibility for its business operations.
BIH further said the software from SAP will be able to grow with the company and integrate with VIP payroll, with the system able to span core business operations, e-commerce and web-based CRM.
Chief executive officer (CEO) Alan Boshwaen said the software will above all enhance sales management capabilities.
“It gives managers on-demand access to critical, real-time information to facilitate better decision making. SAP Business One can help you better manage processes, provide greater visibility into business operations, and get the information you want and free up the time you need for strategic planning initiatives, business development, and customer development,” he said.
