The owners of biNu app, the cloud-based smartphone app, have told HumanIPO they have rebuilt the Android client to address the challenges faced by users of its devices including the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
biNu is designed to increase internet speeds, especially for low-end internet connected handsets.
HumanIPO reported last month Ghana News Agency was now available through biNu to increase accessibility, while Etisalat Nigeria partnered with the app in May to increase browsing speeds for its customers.
Previously many Android users could not install the app on their devices due to compatibility issues.
In an exclusive interview with HumanIPO Jeremy George, biNu’s vice president, said the rebuilt version has addressed the hitch.
“We have rebuilt our Android client and it should work,” George said.
He advised users encountering such problems to download the app again from Google Play.
“If that doesn’t work try downloading it from http://m.binu.com/. You may have to allow Apps from third parties in your settings,” George told HumanIPO.
