Microsoft’s Office 365 software has been launched in nine more markets across Africa, including Cameroon, Rwanda and Senegal.
The programmes, available through the cloud and Microsoft resellers, was already available in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria as well as North African countries Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Algeria.
The other six additions are Angola, the Ivory Coast, Cape Verde, Mauritius and Zimbabwe and Ghana.
Marc Israel, Office division group lead for Microsoft West, East and Central Africa and Indian Ocean Islands, said: “One of the biggest challenges SMBs face in today’s harsh economic conditions is finding technology that meets their needs without breaking the bank.
“Just because your company is smaller, it does not mean you should have to compromise on the type of technology available to you.”
