South Africa’s Telkom Business has launched special reduced cost voice products aimed at small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
The offer allows users to make out-of-bundle calls at 79c per minute to all networks at any time and Telkom Business says it is able to offer convergence by utilising its fixed, sata, cloud IT and mobile services.
“Many of our SME customers see this as a big business concept that doesn’t really apply to them,” said Jan Pieterse, executive at Telkom Business Product House.
“That is partly why it was critical for us to develop a product offering specifically for that market, something that brings the concept of Convergence to life, something that enables productivity, convenience and cost effectiveness.”
The Convergence SingleRate packages bring together fixed and mobile deals.
