The Southern Africa Telecommunication Networks Applications Conference (SATNAC) will discuss the socio-economic benefits of broadband in September.
The conference, hosted by Telkom at the Spier Wine Estate, Cape Town, from September 1 to 4, will feature keynote presentations from futurist Clem Sunter and Robert Pepper, vice president at Cisco.
Mr Alphonzo Samuels, Telkom’s managing executive for network infrastructure and conference chairman, said: “As the social and economic benefits of increased broadband penetration become more relevant than ever before, the focus of this year’s conference will definitely prove to be pertinent and appropriate.”
