First National Bank (FNB) has added the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini to its range of smart devices, which further enables affordable electronic banking.
HumanIPO reported earlier this month FNB’s digital branch, dotFNB, had added a variety of smart device accessories to its product range to enable account holders to enhance and personalise their smart devices’ functionality.
FNB said in a statement the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini shares the same design aesthetic and many of the same “life-enhancing” smart services its larger counterpart, the Galaxy S4, provides.
“FNB now sells over 35 models of smart devices and we are pleased to add the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini to our range,” said Kartik Mistry, head of smart devices for FNB’s Core Banking Solutions.
“We have recently added the BlackBerry Q10 and Q5, the Samsung Note 8.0, the latest range of Apple MacBook Airs, as well as a range of HP Notebooks.”
FNB said clients who switch to the bank are able to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini at a discounted rate of ZAR209 (US$20.30) per month.
Clients will also be able to choose one of voice, data or uncapped ADSL as a “free value added bonus”.
