Eight finalists have been chosen for South Africa’s Get in the Ring startup competition, with pitching taking place in Cape Town on July 22.
HumanIPO reported last month the event would be taking place in South Africa for the first time, hosted by Silicon Cape and the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Information Technology at North-West University (NWU).
The eight startups included in the final lineup include Adaptive, learning assessment platform builders Daptio, community-based long term renting platformEkaya, online shop building platform Shopstar, and online marketplace Mzanzistores.
The event will take place at the Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town.
